NOTICE
You have the right to request a license appeal hearing with the DMV and try to keep your driver's license. You must, however, request such a hearing within 15 days of the date of your arrest for drunk driving in Middlesex County. If you do not, your temporary license will expire and you will lose all driving privileges.
