2-Car Accident, Felony DWI With 3 Prior DWI Convictions - Breath Test of .218 - Reduced to First Misdemeanor Offense DWI, Fine Only - No Jail Time

After hitting another vehicle, an Officer claimed that I had alcohol on my breath. The Officer also said that I attempted to drive away, that I had difficulty standing and that I said "I'm drunk". The Officer claimed during the investigation that I stated a second time that I was drunk. I gave a breath sample and the results were .215 and .218. I had three previous DWI convictions.
